  1. Equipment installation and commissioning

*After the equipment arrives at the user, the technical engineer of Yiming CNC arrives at the user site for installation and commissioning training on the same day

*Please make preparations before the engineer arrives on site. Such as: unloading equipment, equipment site, power supply, computer, power strip, voltage stabilizer, leakage protector, please actively cooperate with users. After the equipment is debugged, please accept the user.

 

  1. Training

*Pre-sales free use training for customers.

*The trainee must have certain relevant academic qualifications and knowledge, and the supplier will train the customer in programming, operation, processing and daily maintenance. The trainee must be fixed and study carefully.

*Supplier technical engineers visit customers from time to time, and communicate with customers about machine operation and product processing. Users can consult Yiming any questions by phone or email at any time.

  1. After-sales service

* During the warranty period, the machine will be repaired free of charge, and the equipment repairs within the warranty period will be clearly marked.

*The warranty period provides customers with two free maintenance.

*General maintenance work is carried out on-site, and the corresponding maintenance time does not exceed 36 hours

Equipment installation training

AAfter the equipment arrives at the designated location, the user checks whether the appearance of the equipment is damaged or bumped. If you find an abnormality in the transportation process, contact us as soon as possible, and then you can receive the goods after confirmation. If you sign and receive the goods without authorization, you are responsible for yourself.

BAfter the engineer arrives at the training site, the user conducts basic acceptance and starts training. The engineer will 3-5Within days, the machine will be installed and debugged for customers to use to ensure orderly installation.

CThe training content includes: equipment operation, software operation, daily maintenance, simple troubleshooting, etc.

DAfter the training is completed, the customer accepts, fills in the training form of the trainer according to the actual situation, and evaluates the technical engineer so that we can do better.
